Product Analyst (Market Data)

Time Market Data is part of the Advanced Data Services (ADS) group at Euronext. This role will be a

real-time market data environment to a higher level?
As a Product Analyst, Real Time Market Data, you will report to the Head of Commercial Management
Real Time Market Data, and work in an international environment with the Advanced Data Services
team spread across Amsterdam, Lisbon, London, Milan, Oslo and Paris and with clients worldwide.
You will have a diverse role dedicated to and at the center of the Real Time Market Data business. You
will be expected to make yourself quickly familiar with the market data industry and real time market
data operations, licensing models, contracts and policies.
With your enthusiasm and pro-active and hands-on approach you will help bring our real-time market
data environment to a higher level. You will represent Euronext Advanced Data Services internally and
externally in a professional and representative manner and will ensure that products and services
support client’s needs whilst ensuring that the company’s business objectives are met.

Your tasks
• Support the Real Time Market Data business by conducting competitive analysis, market
research (market and technology trends) and the research and analysis of product
requirements, value propositions and opportunities by gathering information.
• Help identify opportunities/value propositions and contribute to the development of real time
market data’s global pricing strategy and business cases.
• Take an active role during project assignment.
• Document real time market data business processes and (internal and external) policies.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships, update other functions (operations,
compliance, licensing management, or other business units/teams) of relevant changes and
support other functions relating to commercial inquiries
• Contribute to positive internal and external client relationships and understand the business
needs of internal and external stakeholders, formulate the right questions and find an answer
through analysis. Furthermore, translate the analysis to concept proposals, including
accompanying business requirements, through collaboration (with other teams, business units
and/or external partners).
• Create client profiles and other overviews/management reports.

Your profile
• University degree (business administration, economics).
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant functional work experience e.g. consultancy, (business) analyst,
product management, etc.
• Experience in the Financial Sector and working knowledge of the issues/challenges associated
with market data is a strong preference.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English required.
• Confident and energetic team player, but able to work independently.
• Experience in product driven and/or technology driven environment is a strong preference.
• Able to rapidly develop and maintain a good understanding of the market data industry and
Euronext’s real-time market data commercial models and policies.
• Good problem resolution skills, natural curiosity and self-motivation to learn and keep current
on technical and market trends.
• Ambitious, hands-on mentality, ownership of work and commitment to delivery.
• Track record of delivering on commitments and producing high quality work.
• Ability to be creative as well as analytical.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
• Great business acumen and commercial awareness
