Role and Opportunity
As a Fixed Income Portfolio Information Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing investment information solutions and meeting the critical information needs of our organization, particularly focusing on Portfolio Managers. You will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful and actionable insights that enable effective decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of portfolio information reporting. You will have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects that involve implementing new information systems, analysing methodologies, and automating processes within the PIM team. With frequent interactions with various internal and external stakeholders, you will have abundant learning opportunities and make a tangible impact on our clients’ investment strategies.
Candidate
- Academic or higher professional education level in Information Technology or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, demonstrating your expertise in financial instruments and Fixed Income.
- A genuine interest in asset management processes and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends.
- Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of programming languages such as Excel VBA, Python.
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense or PowerBI will be highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail, combined with a pragmatic mindset.
- Proactive, self-starting, and flexible team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Client-centered and result-driven, with exceptional time management skills.
- Effective and professional communication abilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in Dutch is considered advantageous.
